Amy Rossetti and Renata Follmann first worked together in 2010, opening The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on the Strip. Their public relations leadership helped build the $3.9 billion resort into one of the city’s foremost icons, named to global hot lists by outlets from Fodor’s to Travel + Leisure and honored for everything from interactive design to Instagram allure.
Amy served as Vice President of Public Relations for most of their seven-year tenure at The Cosmopolitan. Major contributions show her impressive range, from developing the property’s crisis communications plan to orchestrating the onsite filming of an entire season of Bravo TV’s hit series Top Chef Masters.
Renata opened The Cosmopolitan as an intern and left as a Director of Public Relations, having managed her department’s multimillion-dollar budget and the resort’s reputation – notably helping to guide PR efforts as it went through a sensitive, high-profile sale.

After balancing and counting on each other at the height of hospitality, Amy approached Renata about being on the ground floor of Rossetti Public Relations. She saw a need in the market for an independent agency focused on strategic communications, one that leveraged her 20 years of connections with the biggest names in media. Las Vegas wasn’t known in the PR field like New York and LA, and Amy believed RPR could help change that mindset.
Renata was key to Amy’s vision. Both women came up inside the Strip’s hospitality machine, and they shared an ability to coolly handle crisis and shrewdly amplify success. Professional kinship led to close friendship, and that foundation of trust and loyalty grounds RPR’s approach.
Since its launch in March 2017, the agency has represented multibillion-dollar companies and trendsetting newcomers in destinations across North America. From opening visionary hotels to designing restaurant plans for weathering the pandemic, the work continues to be driven by the passion Renata and Amy feel for the industries and individuals they support.
